Brain sets the stand in what a mortgage lender should be, with his integrity & work ethic. He went above & beyond to make sure I was able to secure my future.

For the most part everything ran smoothly, great communication, very responsive at all times of the day, everything was just great. A lot of lenders told me I couldn’t , and Jennifer Petrey said I could and she made it happen.

Jennifer did an excellent job as my loan officer. I truly believe she went above and beyond however there were several factors outside of her control that caused a few hiccups along the way. Jennifer was great at using her resources and referring to her colleagues when she needed help. She advocated for me on multiple occasions and made sure the loan was approved.
